Jeffrey E. Havran merged his practice in to Margolis Edelstein in the summer of 2018 when the firm he was previously a part of Fine & Wyatt, P.C., in Scranton, ceased operations. The Margolis staff has had the privilege of working with Jeff for many years as Fine & Wyatt, P.C., was a part of The Harmonie Group, the network of litigation firms we were instrumental in forming over 25 years ago and we were delighted to welcome him.
Jeff has a broad-based practice defending medical professionals, constructors, design professionals, pharmacists, nursing homes, product manufacturers and tractor-trailer (long haul and local) operators.
Jeff frequently lectures insurance claim professionals and risk management staff addressing issues such as risk-transfer, loss prevention and claim management.
