Jeffrey E. Strauss

Jeffrey E. Strauss is a highly experienced attorney with over 39 years of practice in civil litigation, focusing on medical malpractice, catastrophic injury cases and product liability. Licensed in New Jersey, New York, and Washington, D.C., he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and multiple state and federal courts. Mr. Strauss has been a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court since 1992, with recertifications in 1999, 2006, 2011, 2016 and 2021.

A graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Zoology and Physiology, Mr. Strauss earned his Master of Science in Health Sciences and Physiology and Anatomy from Boston University and graduated cum laude from Western Michigan University-Cooley Law School, where he served as Articles Editor for the Law Review. His career highlights include a $21 million jury verdict in a brain injury case, a $15 million settlement for a brain injury and other numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements.
