Biography

Jeffrey Gourgon represents clients in a broad range of personal injury cases, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death. With a strong background in personal injury law, he is a skilled negotiator who understands how insurance companies assess claims, having previously represented clients in defense-side personal injury matters. Jeffrey earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University. While in law school, he worked as a Law Clerk at a civil litigation firm, advocating for elder abuse victims. Before pursuing his education, Jeffrey served in the United States Marine Corps and is a combat veteran.
