Biography

Mr. Grieve joined Benoit, Alexander, Mollerup & Danielson, PLLC in August 2017 following a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Randy J. Stoker. His practice includes a broad range of litigation and transactional matters, including contract and commercial disputes, defense of employers, defense of governmental entities, product liability defense, landlord/tenant disputes, probate, and estate and business planning.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Grieve worked in finance and has developed relationships with entrepreneurs in a variety of industries. As a result, he understands the issues and constraints that affect businesses, and the need for sound and practical problem solving.

In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Grieve’s interests include music, mountain biking, and tinkering with things around the house. He is a lifelong Idahoan and has lived in several parts of the state. He and his wife, Vanessa, genuinely care about Idaho’s places and people.
