Biography

Jeffrey Jeng focuses his practice on the energy and infrastructure sector and has particular experience in renewable energy in Asia. He advises and represents developers and contractors on all phases of project life cycles in contentious and non-contentious settings.

Jeff has represented energy and infrastructure companies in international commercial arbitrations under the rules of major arbitral institutions including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). He regularly advises clients on pre-dispute matters by drawing on his previous experience in-house where he directly advised senior management on overall litigation strategy.

He also has deep experience advising on EPC agreements for onshore wind, offshore wind, and solar projects. In particular, he has negotiated turbine supply agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, and solar module supply agreements in Taiwan, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Jeff is a native Chinese speaker.
