Jeff is regularly called on to provide tax planning and advice on the sale of farmland. He represents both buyers and sellers, and is a familiar face at farm land sales. The advice extends beyond real estate to estate planning for retired farmers.

Sale of Equipment Parts Store

Jeff represented the seller of a local equipment parts store, drafting and negotiating the asset sale agreement and the other documents. His experience in tax planning provided both parties with the most efficient structure to save taxes.
