Born and raised in Paintsville, Johnson county, KY. Since 1996, has been involved in the firm's active trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts throughout Eastern KY. Practice focuses upon general insurance defense, as well as matters involving products liability and claims against governmental entities. In addition to litigation, has served as city attorney for the city of Paintsville, KY from 2007 to present and the city of Coal Run Village, KY from 2008 to present.
