Jeffrey Michael Partlow is an Administrative Partner in the firm’s Orlando office. He is Board Certified in Business Litigation by The Florida Bar and focuses his practice on commercial, professional malpractice, real estate, and directors and officers cases in state and federal courts throughout Florida.
Mr. Partlow graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University where he obtained a B.S.B.A. with a double major in finance and real estate. He then graduated summa cum laude from Capital University Law School where he was the Valedictorian. Mr. Partlow was a member of the Capital University Law Review, earned numerous book awards, and received pro bono honors. He also served as a legal intern at the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Partlow worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Thomas B. Smith in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and for the Honorable Norah McCann King in the Southern District of Ohio.
Mr. Partlow has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America since 2024.
