Biography

Jeff Woenker represents businesses organizations, including for-profit and nonprofit with general business matters and transactions. He has assisted in representing publicly and privately owned buyers and sellers in multiple asset and stock transactions involving values in excess of $1.6 billion. On a routine basis, Jeff counsels clients in issues involving the interpretation of all types of contracts, agreements and governing documents. He has worked with various forms of joint ventures and counseled clients on the tax consequences of alternative transaction structures. He regularly advises on shareholder agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, corporate bylaw provisions and other organizational documents.
