Jeffrey Michael Montpetit

Jeffrey practices law in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, professional malpractice, civil rights law and police misconduct, auto and truck accidents, product liability, premises liability, property damage, and insurance litigation. A graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law, Jeffrey was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar, and then joined SiebenCarey as an associate attorney. Jeffrey is now a shareholder in the firm, is also admitted in to practice law in Minnesota Federal District Court, 8th Circuit Court of Appeals and the State of Wisconsin. Prior to joining the firm, Jeffrey served as a law clerk to Harry A. Sieben from 1996-1998. Jeffrey was chosen by Minnesota Lawyer as one of its "2014 Attorneys of the Year". Recipients of the annual Attorneys of the Year award are selected based on leadership in the profession and involvement in major cases. Most recently, Jeffrey was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2018 in the field of Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation. Jeffrey received the honor of Rising Star from 1999-2012. Jeffrey has helped recover damages for hundreds of injured people by helping them navigate through the complexities of a personal injury claim. His main objective is to protect his clients' rights in negotiations and, if necessary, through trial and appeal.
