For more than 34 years, I have devoted my professional career to helping and representing injured people across Massachusetts. Injured clients deserve a caring lawyer because too often insurance companies resist paying fair compensation and benefits. When insurers fail to do the right thing, I take it personally. My clients have already suffered physical, financial, and emotional hardships, and I make it my mission to help them rebuild. I am personally involved in nearly every case that comes into my office, and I personally negotiate most settlements myself. When I represent someone, I do so with the same dedication I would give to my own family.

Since founding the Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Glassman on Valentine’s Day in 1995, I have built a law firm known for its aggressive advocacy, honesty, and deep respect within both the legal and insurance communities. My philosophy is simple: I will not settle a case for less than fair and full value, and I will take it the distance if necessary. My areas of practice include Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, and Nursing Home Negligence & Abuse. Beyond my litigation work, I have contributed to the profession through thought leadership and environmental advocacy. I co-authored the Massachusetts Bar Association Green Guidelines and serve on the Massachusetts Bar Association Energy and Environmental Task Force, helping other firms adopt sustainable practices. I am also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.

Outside the office, I am passionate about hiking, swimming, tai chi, yoga, skiing, golf, and nature photography. I founded RainforestMaker, a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring rainforests, and launched LATTÉ – Lawyers Accountable To The Earth, a program that encourages law firms to adopt eco-conscious practices. People often say I’m a “Rainmaker by day and a RainforestMaker by night,” and I take pride in both roles.
