Biography

JEFFREY S. PAVLOVICH, a Shareholder with the Firm and co-chair of its casualty insurance practice group, has over 25 years of litigation and jury trial experience, representing U.S. and London market insurers. His practice is concentrated on third party defense at the trial and appellate court levels, and he defends nursing homes, motor carriers, construction companies, product manufacturers, and healthcare professionals. His practice also includes the defense of automobile and premises liability cases.

Mr. Pavlovich frequently lectures to insurance companies and insurance industry organizations. He is a frequent panelist for the Property and Liability Research Bureau at both its regional, large loss and national conferences, and regularly provides training to insurance industry members. He is also the chairperson of the firm's attorney training program.

Mr. Pavlovich is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

He is a graduate of Purdue University (B.A.) and DePaul University College of Law (J.D.), where he was a member of the DePaul Law Review.
