Biography

Jeffrey Sheridan has developed a state-wide reputation as a tenacious criminal defense attorney. Jeffrey focuses much of his practice on DWI law, and he is one of the only attorneys in the state willing to take DWI cases all the way to trial.

Practicing since 1987, Jeffrey Sheridan has been routinely recognized as a Super Lawyer, named Attorney of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer three times, and has been included on the list of the Best Lawyers in America as published in Minnesota Monthly magazine every year since 2007. This recognition stems from his skill and professionalism in the fields of criminal and DWI/DUI defense. The Minnesota Lawyer publication has named him "Attorney of the Year" on three separate occasions, and in 2021, honored him as a "Minnesota ICON" in the field of criminal defense.

Jeffrey’s innovative arguments and unyielding nature have proven successful in the trial courts, courts of appeal and before the Supreme Court. Licensed in Minnesota, Jeffrey is simply your best defense if you have been charged with a crime.
