Biography

Mr. Harrison obtained his B.B.A. in Business Finance (with high honors) from the University of North Texas in 1984, and his law degree (with honors) from Texas Tech University in 1987. He has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law, ranging from commercial real estate transactions, to residential real estate transactions, to financing and beyond.

He is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

His commercial real estate experience includes representation of property owners, developers and lenders in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of both improved and unimproved real property. Experience in residential real estate includes, among other things, the formation, management and operation of homeowner’s associations and condominium associations, as well as the representation of builders and homeowners in the construction of custom homes.

He has also successfully represented clients in the acquisition, financing and disposition of improved and unimproved properties throughout the United States, as well as Mexico and abroad.

Mr. Harrison is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Plano Metro Rotary Club. He is a Past President of the Springhill Estates Homeowner’s Association and the Plano Metro Rotary Club. Mr. Harrison was born in Mesquite, Texas in 1962.
