Biography

Jemma Saunders joined Mullen & Henzell’s Civil Litigation group in 2024. Jemma is an attorney with over 20 years of experience in a wide range of civil litigation with a particular emphasis in healthcare. She attended UCSB, then Boston College Law School. She has practiced in all state and federal courts in California, and in the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, with several published cases.

Outside of the office, Jemma is a swimmer and competitive triathlete and has participated in Triathlon National Championships and Ironman races. When not litigating or competing, she enjoys spending time with her kids, her giant dog and sometimes the cat.
