Biography

Jen's involvement in the family law arena is preceded by a diverse background in civil litigation and administrative law. Before working for Zachary D. Smith, LLC, she represented individuals in a boutique litigation firm and Fortune 500 companies at one of the largest firms in the region. It was through Jen’s experience in estate planning and probate administration that she developed a particular interest in assisting clients with unique asset planning issues.

Jen's return to representing people was motivated by her desire to help individuals navigate difficult family circumstances and transitions. She now utilizes her previous experience to develop a balanced approach to advocacy that is both strategic and adaptable.

Personal Life

Outside of the office, Jen can be found exploring Cincinnati's arts/music scenes, scoping out the best city views, and traveling to new places. When her social battery runs out, she enjoys creative writing, drawing, and indulging in the occasional video game.
