Jenee N. Zweidinger: Attorney with Zachary D. Smith, LLC

Biography

Jenee brings a broad legal background to her family law work, with experience in civil litigation and administrative law that helps her see cases from more than one angle. Before joining Zachary D. Smith, LLC, she represented individuals at a boutique litigation firm and also worked with Fortune 500 companies at one of the region’s largest firms. Along the way, she handled estate planning and probate administration matters, which sparked a strong interest in cases involving detailed asset and planning issues—an experience that translates well to complex family law situations. Jen ultimately chose to return to representing people because she wanted to be in a practice where she could guide individuals through tough transitions and help them make informed decisions when it matters most. Today, she applies her varied background to offer advocacy that’s strategic, balanced, and adaptable to the realities of each case. Outside the office, Jen enjoys Cincinnati’s arts and music scene, tracking down the best views around the city, and traveling. When she needs quieter time, she turns to creative writing, drawing, and the occasional video game.
