Biography

Jenifer Leece’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration and estate related litigation. Ms. Leece has extensive litigation and mediation experience of trust and probate related matters representing trustees, executors, beneficiaries and conservators.

Ms. Leece graduated from University of California, Davis in 1990 with a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1994 and was admitted to practice in California and federal courts in 1994.

While at the University of California, Davis and the University of San Francisco School of Law, Ms. Leece interned at the District Attorney’s Office in Sacramento and San Francisco where she worked as a victim advocate with victims of domestic violence and as a certified legal intern in both the felony domestic violence and narcotics units.
