Biography

Jennie Shatynski has worked for Morelli Law Firm litigating complex medical malpractice matters and nursing home cases—in addition to other general personal injury matters—since 2001. She is a registered nurse who graduated from Wagner College in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and thereafter attended Seton Hall University, attaining membership in the Nursing Honor Society and graduating in 1986 with a Master’s Degree in Nursing. Ms. Shatynski spent the next ten years working in leadership positions with staff and patients in the hospital and community settings as an advanced practice nurse before returning to Seton Hall Law School.

Ms. Shatynski graduated from Seton Hall Law School, cum laude, in 1997 and has utilized her education, training and experience in successfully litigating a variety of medical malpractice cases including wrongful death, failure to diagnose, surgical and gynecological malpractice, brain damaged baby, nursing home negligence and medical products liability cases. She is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey.
