Biography

Jennifer Fahrenholt is a senior associate attorney in the Detroit office. She focuses her practice on immigration and customs law and is licensed in the U.S. and Canada.

Ms. Fahrenholt graduated Cum Laude from the Dual J.D. program, earning an American J.D. from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Canadian J.D. from University of Windsor Faculty of Law. She also earned a concentration in immigration law after completing an internship with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and two semesters as a student clinician with the Detroit Mercy Immigration Law Clinic.

Currently, Ms. Fahrenholt is on the Editorial Board of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan’s “WLAM Journal.” She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Immigration Law Section and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
