Jennifer J. Riley, Esq. is the Founder, Owner, and Managing Attorney of the Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley.

Ms. Riley earned her undergraduate (B.A.) and graduate (M.A.) degrees as Villanova University, studying World History with a concentration on Middle Eastern studies, Women’s studies, and Theology. She earned her law degree at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law (J.D.). During law school she served as her class Vice President and was a member of the acclaimed National Trial Team. She earned the Victor A. Jaczun Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.

Attorney Riley founded the Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley in 2013. Since that time, the firm has grown with two offices in Blue Bell and Wayne, Pennsylvania. The firm is a boutique Family Law firm, offering mediation and litigation services in the five major counties of the Philadelphia area. She and her team of lawyers focus on providing client-focused services, with an emphasis on compassion and care.

In 2022, Attorney Riley was recognized by the Chamber of Commerce for the Greater Montgomery County as Businessperson of the Year. In 2021, she was named the Top Woman Owned Business on the Main Line of Philadelphia by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce. Her Firm was also named one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Law Firms (#20) by Law Firm 500 in 2017. Since 2012, she has been recognized by her peers as a Rising Star (2012–2020), an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state, and as a SuperLawyer® in 2022, 2023, and 2024, an honor awarded to no more than 5% of lawyers in the state who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. She was awarded the Friend of Education award in 2013 for co-founding and coaching their competitive Mock Trial Team and, in 2022, her alma mater inducted her into its Hall of Fame in recognition of her outstanding accomplishments and community leadership. In 2024, she was recognized as a Top Lawyer in Chester County by the Daily Local News.

Attorney Riley is a co-author of Custody Law and Practice in Pennsylvania, PBI Press, 2013 (and updated 2015, 2024), as well as Drafting Marital Settlement Agreements, PBI Press, 2019. She has taught Continuing Legal Education classes for attorneys and offers free classes through local communities on navigating the family law world for those facing divorce or custody issues. She also wrote “High Tech Cures for the Low Budget Case” for the American Bar Association, and publishes and speaks on social media, technology, and family law. Believing education to be power, Jennifer, through her Firm, sponsors programs available to the public to help them prepare and navigate the divorce process. Jennifer is a frequent public speaker for events sponsoring women-owned businesses, as well as podcasts and presentations for business owners.

The Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley continues to transform and reinvent the field of Family Law. While continuing to fulfill her Firm’s mission of Helping You Protect What Matters Most, Jennifer is launching a new business designed to foster and encourage healthy, positive, life-affirming means of working through divorce, addressing the needs that our legal system cannot. That new business, the Integrative Divorce and Wellness Center, offers community, education, and inspiration to its members. Jennifer is also continuing her own personal education, now studying Ayurveda with the Chopra Institute to become a certified meditation instructor.
