Jennifer Waterway is a family lawyer, mediator, and guardian ad litem serving Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties. Jennifer has practiced law since 2000 and focused almost exclusively on family law since 2006. Before starting her own practice, she worked with an established Boca Raton law firm for many years where she handled high-conflict family, probate, and guardianship matters. Before that she worked with top-tier South Florida law firms including Akerman Senterfitt representing sophisticated corporate clients in product liability, mass tort, and commercial matters in state and federal courts across the country. She represented manufacturers and distributors of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, heavy construction equipment, luxury yachts, and other high-profile products, providing her with aggressive, extensive litigation and courtroom experience.
