Biography

Jennifer Fazio is a partner at Dentino, Cammarata & Fazio, LLP and a respected leader in matrimonial and family law. For more than thirty years, she has guided individuals and families through divorce, separation, and other sensitive family law matters with clarity, compassion, and steady advocacy.

Jennifer helps clients navigate complex issues involving divorce, child and spousal support, and the division of marital assets and debts. She is known for combining a calm, supportive approach with effective legal strategy—helping clients feel informed, confident, and empowered at a time when decisions can feel overwhelming.

A trained Mediator and Collaborative Attorney, Jennifer strongly believes in resolving family law matters outside of court whenever possible. Through mediation and the collaborative law process, she helps clients retain greater control over both the process and the outcome, while minimizing conflict, cost, and emotional strain. When court intervention is necessary, Jennifer is also a skilled and zealous litigator who has successfully represented clients in highly contested matters to protect their rights and interests.

Jennifer is committed to providing practical, cost-effective guidance, advising clients not only on the law, but on the real-world implications of their choices. Her goal is to help clients move forward with confidence and a clear plan for the next chapter of their lives.

Jennifer is a former Chair of the Family Law Section of the Monroe County Bar Association and currently serves on the Board of the Collaborative Law Association of Rochester Attorneys. She has been consistently recognized by both peers and clients for her professionalism, judgment, and dedication to family law.
