Attorney Manning-Zoll has been practicing Family Law since 1999. She provides Family Law services for all courses: Litigation, Limited Assistance Representation, Mediation, & Conciliation. She represents clients in Essex, Middlesex & Suffolk counties.

Attorney Manning-Zoll practices law with the utmost integrity, diligence, mental toughness, common sense, and cost sensitivity.

Attorney Manning-Zoll is a member of the Massachusetts Family & Probate American Inn of Court (board member 2019-2021), Essex County Bar Association (member & conciliator), Middlesex County Bar Association (member & conciliator), Greater Newburyport Bar Association, and Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation. She is qualified to provide Limited Assistance Representation (LAR).

Attorney Manning-Zoll graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 1998. While at Suffolk Law, Attorney Manning-Zoll won Best Brief in her Legal Practice Skills Section. She gained invaluable experience interning for the Honorable Edward M. Ginsburg (ret.) of the Middlesex Probate & Family Court, applying those principles still today.

Attorney Manning-Zoll graduated, cum laude, from Boston University in 1994. Her Sociology degree has been integral to understanding the family and its breakdown and dealing effectively with clients, opposing counsel and the Court in a highly charged, highly interactive area of law.

Attorney Manning-Zoll practices law with the same analytical, strategic and mental toughness skills that earned her athletic success. Ranked No. 6 in New England in the girls’ 18-and-under division of the United States Tennis Association, Attorney Manning-Zoll received a full-tuition athletic scholarship to Boston University, where she was a four-year member of the Women’s Tennis Team and served as Captain during her senior year. Attorney Manning-Zoll played both singles and doubles, compiling wins over Division I rivals including Boston College, Harvard, Dartmouth, Yale, and Brown. During a gap year between BU and Suffolk Law, Attorney Manning-Zoll taught tennis on the North Shore, instructing adults and children of all ages and skill levels and coaching various leagues.

A native of Saugus, Attorney Manning-Zoll graduated with Honors from Saugus High School in 1990. While at Saugus High School, she was a member of the National Honor Society and a tennis standout, accumulating a singles record of 67-5 and earning Northeastern Conference MVP honors during her junior and senior years. Attorney Manning-Zoll was inducted into the Saugus High School Sports Hall of Fame for her tennis achievements in 2001.

As with tennis, Attorney Manning-Zoll continues to hone her legal skills, aspiring to the wear the black robe herself one day. Attorney Manning-Zoll and her husband, Attorney Otto Kip Zoll, LL.M., have two children: Caroline & Owen.
