Biography

Jennifer is an Associate Attorney at Dal Lago Law focusing on bankruptcy and business law. She works together with her clients to facilitate the formation of a new business and to maintain that business throughout its lifespan. Should the need ever arise, Jennifer will guide clients through the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process in an effort to reestablish a business’ successful endeavor. Jennifer is admitted to practice in Florida and is a member of the Collier County, Lee County, and Tampa Bay Bar Associations.

Prior to joining Dal Lago, Jennifer was a Judicial Law Clerk in the Delaware Superior Court for Resident Judge Jeffrey J. Clark where she learned to navigate the legal process and honed her legal writing skills. Earlier in her career, she worked as a corporate paralegal for a healthcare company in Pennsylvania. Jennifer also spent many years in real estate assisting clients to achieve their dream of home ownership when she decided to go back to school to fulfill her own dream of becoming a lawyer. Jennifer’s real estate experience melds seamlessly into her current profession as she is an effective negotiator and problem solver bringing people together to a mutually beneficial resolution. Jennifer has been an active member of her community; she served on her local zoning hearing board for nearly two decades and served two terms on the Widener University LEI advisory board.

Jennifer graduated Summa Cum Laude from Delaware Law School and was awarded a Wolcott Fellowship where she served as a Clerk to Chief Justice Collins J. Seitz, Jr. in the Delaware Supreme Court. During her tenure at Delaware Law School, Jennifer was a staff member on the prestigious Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

Jennifer was born and raised in Southeastern Pennsylvania and decided to relocate to Southwest Florida to pursue a career in law.
