Biography

Jennifer Magana has been dedicated to offering affordable legal representation to clients in Denton County and surrounding areas since joining Magana & Van Dyke in January 2015. Her practice primarily focuses on family and criminal law. Jennifer earned her B.A. in History with a minor in Psychology from the University of North Texas and later completed her Juris Doctor at Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law. While in law school, she served as Associate Managing Editor for SMU's International Law Review and participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic, where she provided legal assistance to low-income clients facing misdemeanor charges in Dallas County. Born and raised in Denton, Jennifer is a graduate of Billy Ryan High School. She is passionate about serving her community and lives in Denton with her husband, Erik, and their cat, Mina.
