Biography

Jennifer “Jenny” Yencarelli has over fifteen years of experience litigating complex civil matters in state and federal court. Her practice spans a wide range of areas, including insurance, transportation and trucking, employment, commercial, premises, professional liability, and class action disputes. Known for her thorough approach and dedication to providing exceptional client service, Jenny is committed to finding the best solutions for every client she represents.

Before entering private practice, Jenny served two years as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary S. Scriven, United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of Florida. While an Assistant Attorney General at the Florida Office of the Attorney General, Jenny's accomplishments on the Mortgage Fraud Task Force and in Antitrust Litigation earned her a Distinguished Service Award. The combination of federal clerkship and private practice experience equipped Jenny with a deep understanding of trial strategy and judicial perspective. Jenny’s representative experience includes:

•Obtaining summary judgment in numerous premises liability matters.
•Obtaining dismissals with prejudice for fraud on the court.
•Securing favorable resolutions during the appellate process.
•Handling catastrophic accidents in California and Florida from the emergency response through resolution.

Jenny is actively involved in the legal and trucking communities through her membership in the Trucking Industry Defense Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association.

Outside of the legal practice, Jenny enjoys positively impacting her community through volunteer work with The Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale, Bikram yoga, and rollerblading.
