Biography

Jennifer M. Noell serves as Special Counsel in the firm’s Knoxville office focusing her practice on healthcare liability defense. Her practice experience includes premises liability, workers’ compensation defense, and insurance defense. Ms. Noell has successfully handled many cases during her career and is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Noell worked as a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services achieving the status of top 15% nationwide in gross commissions.
