Jennifer R. Lucarelli

Attorney Jennifer Lucarelli earned her undergraduate degree from Yale University in 1995 and obtained her Juris Doctor from the Notre Dame Law School in 1999. She joined Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen (ELSM) in the fall of 2002. Her dedication and compassionate advocacy for mesothelioma victims led to her promotion to partner at the firm in 2010.

Experience and Commitment: Since joining ELSM, Attorney Lucarelli has built extensive experience in asbestos litigation, representing more than 1,000 mesothelioma victims and securing millions in settlements for clients and their families. In addition to advocating for service members, she has successfully represented individuals exposed to asbestos in industries such as automotive, construction, railroads, and various union trades, including welders, pipefitters, plumbers, and insulators.
