Biography

Early in her career, Jennifer Fahey was deeply involved in Bailey Glasser’s environmental and commercial litigation practices. Expanding into the areas of corporate and commercial transactions, Jennifer has spent more than 15 years representing businesses engaged in a broad range of commercial endeavors, with a concentration in the energy and natural resources industries.Jennifer advises clients on business formation, structure and governance, labor and employment issues, commercial contracts and leases, insurance, and other day-to-day operational matters. In addition, she regularly represents clients in multimillion-dollar commercial deals including complex acquisition, sale and financing transactions; coal, oil and gas production, sale and transportation agreements; private equity projects; carbon credit trading arrangements; and complex commercial disputes.
