Jennifer Setters

Jennifer Setters is the founder and managing attorney of Gastelum Attorneys, a Las Vegas family law firm that practices Nevada family law exclusively. Since founding the firm in 2018, she has led a team of eight Nevada-licensed attorneys that has handled more than 5,000 divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and guardianship matters in Clark County's Eighth Judicial District Court.

Jennifer focuses on contested and high-asset divorce, complex custody disputes, and cases involving hidden assets, business interests, or domestic violence. Every contested matter at the firm is prepared for trial from the first consultation, which strengthens the client's position whether the case settles or is decided by a judge.

A first-generation Mexican-American and native Spanish speaker, Jennifer represents clients in English and Spanish and maintains a full Spanish-language practice site. While at Boyd, she was recognized as Student of the Year for the school's Community Service Program, where she taught divorce and custody classes to Spanish-speaking litigants.

Jennifer earned her J.D. from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from UNLV. She has been licensed in Nevada since 2013 (State Bar of Nevada No. 13126).

Gastelum Attorneys serves clients from two Las Vegas offices, Downtown at 718 S. 8th Street and Summerlin at 1635 Village Center Circle, and represents families throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and all of Clark County.
