Jereme L. Baker

Jereme Baker serves as the owner and Managing Member of Baker Law Group, leveraging his extensive legal skills across various practice areas integral to the firm, including Real Estate, Business/Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Probate. With a diverse background, Mr. Baker offers invaluable legal and business counsel to numerous small to medium-sized enterprises, drawing from his experience as both in-house legal counsel and outside general counsel.

Among his notable accomplishments, Mr. Baker has orchestrated significant deals, including negotiating and establishing a multimillion-dollar joint venture investment fund, facilitating a private equity client's acquisition of over $30 million in real estate assets, and spearheading the negotiation and drafting of a $60 million-dollar commercial real estate development venture in Denver.

Mr. Baker's advisory services encompass governance, management, and operation of privately held investment ventures, regulatory/compliance review, drafting corporate governance documents and board books, business formation and partnership agreements, commercial loan agreements, and resolution of contractual disputes. Furthermore, he offers experience in real estate matters, including purchase and sale agreements, residential and commercial leases, and real estate title and due diligence review. In probate, his experience extends to litigating contested wills/trusts and probate contests, as well as advising clients on probate administration matters.

Founding Baker Law Group in 2011, Mr. Baker earned his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. Degree from the University of Colorado. Outside of his professional pursuits, he finds fulfillment in parenthood, cherishing moments spent camping, hiking, and fishing with his two preschool-aged boys as they embark on their journey of growth.
