Biography

Jeremy B. Francis is a litigation associate at Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer LLP with extensive experience in all stages of litigation, including trials and appeals in both state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Francis’ experience representing individuals and corporate defendants in the Commercial Division in New York provides him with insights that clients need and makes him part of the core group of attorneys at Ganfer Shore Leeds & Zauderer LLP who have become the go-to attorneys for many clients and large, national law firms.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Francis practiced at the Sultzer Law Group, P.C. as a litigation associate where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of commercial and other civil litigation matters, including breach of contract, fraud, product liability, government enforcement actions and class actions.

As a former Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Francis prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases, including driving while intoxicated, narcotics, gun possession, and assault. He tried close to a dozen cases and secured guilty verdicts in Kings County Criminal Court.
