Biography

Jeremy Franklin Goldstein is a Partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. He practices in the areas of commercial litigation, professional liability litigation, and general civil practice. Mr. Goldstein is experienced in representing attorneys, insurance brokers, financial advisors, and other professionals accused of negligence and/or breach of fiduciary duty in both federal and state court.

Mr. Goldstein graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with distinction in 2010 earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Asian Studies, and Chinese. He graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2018. While at Georgetown, Mr. Goldstein served as the Submissions Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Goldstein worked for an international law firm in Hong Kong handling corporate financing matters. He is able to read, speak, and write Mandarin Chinese.
