Biography

Jeremy Johnson's work is focused on insurance coverage analysis and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with the Litigation Case Management Team at Eli Lilly and Company, working in eDiscovery, corporate legal holds, and trial preparation for complex patent matters, and with the Professional Collaborative Team at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, providing litigation and discovery support in insurance defense litigation across many jurisdictions.

Mr. Johnson graduated from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2009. As a student, Mr. Johnson received honors for outstanding performance at the 2008 Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition oral arguments and served as a Board Member for the 2009 Competition. While a full-time student, he also worked as a paralegal for the Monroe County Public Defender's Office, interned at IU Student Legal Services, volunteered with the Tenants' Assistance Project, and participated in Phi Delta Phi.

Mr. Johnson obtained his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Indiana University in 2003.

In his spare time, Jeremy serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Hamilton County, advocating for children suspected of being the victims of abuse or neglect.

Mr. Johnson resides in Noblesville, Ind. with his wife and son.
