One story is particularly indicative of Jeremy’s determination to aggressively advocate for his clients. In this case, Jeremy’s client had suffered burns on his face from a defective BBQ. The grill was made in China, and in order to get a deposition from the CEO, Jeremy flew halfway around the world to meet with him. The case settled within a month of Attorney Rosenthal’s return home.

In addition, just after graduating from law school, Jeremy spent time clerking for a Judge in Colorado. Jeremy has over a decade of experience working as a personal injury attorney in Colorado. His firm exclusively works with personal injury cases and other trial related matters. Over his many years in practice he has represented clients with a wide variety of claims including slip and falls, car accidents, products liability, and dog bites.

When Jeremy is not running his practice and seeking justice for his clients, he is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Jeremy enjoys spending time canoeing and hiking through Colorado’s beautiful wilderness. In addition to these activities, he enjoys playing in Texas Hold’em poker tournaments. Jeremy also donates his time and money to rescue organizations that help big cats including lions, tigers, leopards, and other exotic cats.
