Jeremy Yates loves the opportunity to give practical legal advice and solve problems in trust, estate, and probate matters.

An attorney in Keller Rohrback’s business group, Jeremy’s practice focuses on estate, trust, and probate law and he undertakes a variety of roles in the probate courts. Whether acting as administrator of complex estates, trustee of trusts, advising others as executor or administrator of estates, he brings the same empathy and professionalism to bear upon the case. Jeremy is frequently appointed to represent the interests of children and incapacitated persons who are beneficiaries of probate and trust estates. He enjoys working closely with his clients and getting to know them personally.

Jeremy is well suited to the often-emotional practice of working with families on their probate and estate planning matters. He works with his clients to craft practical plans for myriad family and financial landscapes.

Before joining Keller Rohrback, Jeremy spent sixteen years as a solo practitioner in the Seattle area, building and running a thriving trust, estate, and probate practice and often working with Keller Rohrback attorneys on a variety of issues.

In his free time, Jeremy is an outdoor enthusiast and fly angler, having caught fish in 115 streams and rivers in the western Unites States alone. He enjoys hiking, skiing and camping with his wife and three daughters, and is practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
