Biography

Jerome S. Oliner is a partner in the New York City office. He currently concentrates his practice in the defense of complex matters seeking recovery for property damage, pecuniary loss and personal injury resulting from construction and professional design related activities. Additionally Mr. Oliner, has substantial courtroom and appellate experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Financial Analysis, from S.U.N.Y. Buffalo. His Juris Doctor was awarded by St. John’s University School of Law. Combining his academic background and work experience, Mr. Oliner offers our clients practical ideas for early and cost effective litigation resolution.

Mr. Oliner is also very active in the community in which he lives, acting as President of the Homeowners Association which manages the common elements of a 117 unit two phase condominium. As President, he is involved in the overall management of the Association’s daily affairs, its substantial budget, and the planning and completion of capital projects. He also supervises the Association’s employees, and is involved in all aspects of conflict resolution related to disputes arising between the Association and governmental agencies, unit owners and employees.
