Jerry C. Parker

As a practicing trial lawyer for over thirty years, my objective for The Parker Firm, P.C. has been to create a law firm which utilizes the best lawyers available to provide the highest quality legal service in an efficient and cost effective manner. I hold membership in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). I received my undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston. I am a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, the Smith County and American Bar Associations, as well as the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. I am licensed to practice before all courts in the State of Texas as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and am a certified mediator.
