Jerry J. Goldstein

Jerry Goldstein isn’t your typical attorney, he’s someone who has actually been in the shoes of a business owner. A Los Angeles native and former Air Force Captain, Jerry earned his law degree from the University of San Francisco before working at some of the most prestigious firms in the state. However, he took a unique detour into the business world, co-founding a Napa winery and running a restaurant and brewery in LA. This "boots-on-the-ground" experience gives him a perspective most lawyers lack. Since 1992, he has operated his own practice, eventually settling in Palm Desert while serving clients across California and the country. Jerry intentionally keeps his firm solo because he believes business owners deserve direct access to a seasoned pro, not a junior associate. By keeping overhead low and efficiency high, he provides transparent, high-level counsel without the "big firm" price tag. Jerry prides himself on being a decent human being who truly understands the risks and rewards of entrepreneurship.
