This attorney's correspondence can, at times, be extremely rude and unprofessional. Mr. Delaughter's formal pleadings have at times failed to exercise professional restraint. I have heard from others that he personally attacks counsel in formal pleadings. I believe this attorney attempts to serve his clients, but makes practicing law with him extremely difficult due to his actions. Read less
