Biography

Jerry Busby is a Partner at Cooper Levenson’s Las Vegas office, with forty years of experience in civil litigation in both State and Federal Courts. He has successfully tried numerous jury trials to verdict and has extensive experience defending a wide range of civil personal injury matters.

Jerry’s practice focuses on defending premises liability cases, including claims arising from falls, inadequate security, defective products, pharmacy errors, wrongful arrest, and other incidents resulting in personal injury. He began his legal career defending civil personal injury cases and tried his first case in 1985 for a grocery store client he continues to represent in personal injury matters. Over the course of his career, he has tried approximately 100 civil cases to verdict.

In addition to his litigation practice, Jerry is fluent in Spanish, enabling him to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
