Jesse Drumm

Jesse is an experienced trial lawyer who has spent his entire career litigating personal injury cases on behalf of plaintiffs. He has successfully represented clients in cases involving automobile accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, complex products liability against major automobile and medical device manufacturers, nursing home negligence and medical malpractice, in both State and Federal Courts.

Jesse has tried numerous cases to verdict in these areas, and achieved multi-million dollar results. He also has significant appellate experience, having handled appeals in the New York State Appellate Division, Pennsylvania Superior Court, and United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Jesse was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, home of his beloved Bills. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Gannon University (Erie, PA), and received his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law (Pittsburgh, PA). He first became licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, where he helped hundreds of injured people find justice. After practicing there for six years, he became licensed to practice law in New York State and returned to Buffalo.

Jesse has perennially been named a Super Lawyers 'Rising Star'', an award given to only 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40. He is also a current member of the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, former member of Allegheny County (PA) Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and formerly served on the Board of Governors for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.

Jesse is an avid Bills fan and outdoor enthusiast. He lives in the Buffalo, NY area with his wife and two daughters.
