Jesse Francis Hicks

Jesse F. Hicks has been an associate at the Shipley Law Firm for seven years. Born in Ridgefield, Connecticut, Jesse moved to the Eastern Shore and started a family after law school. Upon graduating law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Paul M. Bowman, Circuit Court Judge for Kent County. Following his clerkship, Jesse served as a Dorchester County Assistant State's Attorney. He is barred in both Maryland and Connecticut. While working as an Assistant State's Attorney, Jesse specialized in cases involving felony drugs, handguns, the Department of Natural Resources, DUI offenses, and serious automobile accidents.
