Biography

Jesse S. Stavis is an associate in Greenberg Traurig's Labor & Employment Practice in Philadelphia. He represents nonprofit and private sector employers in a wide range of traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice proceedings, representation matters, and other labor-management disputes. Jesse counsels employers on labor relations strategy, union organizing efforts, grievance administration, and compliance with the National Labor Relations Act.

Jesse also has experience advising and representing employers in employment matters, including single-plaintiff and class action litigation, administrative proceedings, and counseling involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour issues, workplace policies, employee relations, and employment law compliance.
