Biography

Jessi Woodward is an attorney at Costello, Cooney & Fearon. She started her tenure with the Firm in 2024.

Jessi focuses her practice primarily on creditors’ rights, financial institution compliance and bankruptcy matters. In her practice, Jessi provides counseling to lending institutions, including banks and credit unions, on regulatory matters and operations. She also represents these financial institutions in recovering debts.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jessi clerked in courts at both the Federal and State levels. Jessi served as a law clerk to the Honorable Fredrick J. Scullin in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York for four years, and she also worked as an Appellate Court Attorney at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department.
