Biography

Jessica is a partner attorney in the firm’s civil litigation department and practices primarily in the areas of construction litigation, including lien litigation, contract disputes, and disputes relating to construction defect claims; commercial and business litigation; landlord-tenant litigation; litigation involving condominium and homeowners’ association disputes; and litigation involving insurance claim disputes. Jessica has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2016, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Jessica attended Stetson University College of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude in May 2016. While attending Stetson University College of Law, Jessica served as a member of the Moot Court Board and the Research Editor for the Stetson Law Review. As a “double Hatter,” Jessica is also a magna cum laude graduate of Stetson University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and double-minored in Business Law and Spanish.

Jessica was named to the Super Lawyers 2021 and 2022 Florida Rising Stars lists.
