Jessica L. Stoppel

Jessica focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, long-term care planning, probate and trust administration, and business law.  Her experience at preparing comprehensive estate plans; including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives and related documents, allows her to help each client develop an estate plan that is personalized to their individual needs.  Jessica has experience counseling families with special needs children, which often requires the appointment of a guardian and conservator and/or the creation of a special needs trust.  In addition, she advises her clients on the issues encountered in long-term care planning, particularly access to Medicaid benefits.  Jessica can also assist clients with the formation of corporations and limited liability companies. General Background Information: Jessica hails from the small town of Gorham, Kansas. She attended Kansas State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing and Leadership Studies in 2009. Jessica is a 2012 graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Jessica and her husband, Blake, reside in Salina with their son, Colt, and two dogs, Bella and Mack.
