Jessica Schlatter is a Colorado Native who joined the practice of law with a passion for helping people and a love to argue. With a focus on Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice in Law School, Jessica is specially equipped to assist you from the date of injury to resolution of your case. If you have concerns about your case, she will always take the time to talk to you and give you an honest assessment of where things stand.
Jessica obtained her Bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado Boulder and loved the school so much that she went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Colorado Law School. During Law School, Jessica worked as a Law Clerk for the Bendinelli Law Firm, assisting experienced attorneys with the litigation process. She also interned with a medical device corporation in order to gain valuable insight into the corporate defense industry. This experience enables Jessica to better fight big corporations and insurance companies in order to assist her clients to get the resolution they deserve.
After passing the Colorado Bar, Jessica returned to the Bendinelli Law Firm as an associate attorney. Jessica works extensively on matters involving auto-accidents, drunk-driving victims, brain and spinal cord injuries, slip and falls, and insurance bad faith. She fully understands the challenges her clients go through when dealing with a life-altering injury, and she wants to make sure each client has the compassionate attention they are entitled to.
When Jessica is not fighting for her clients in the office or in the courtroom, she is spending time with her husband and young daughter. She enjoys the Colorado outdoors and considers herself a self-proclaimed wine-snob who frequents festivals and travels to taste the best wines out there.
