Jessica Lin Vincik Piskorski

Jessica L.V. Piskorski has over a decade of experience as an attorney, having served as in-house counsel for a private corporation before moving to Ord with her family. Jessica serves clients in a broad range of practice areas, including estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate matters, agricultural law, and the formation and management of business entities. Jessica graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law with a concentration in litigation skills and took part in the College of Law Civil Clinic. She is the co-author of the formal and informal probate chapters of the Nebraska State Bar Association's Probate, Manual (2018) and has given multiple presentations on estate planning. She and her husband Dan, who grew up in Ord, have three young children, and Jessica is also involved in several local non-profit organizations, including the Valley County Health System Board of Trustees, the Valley County Community Foundation Fund advisory committee, St. Mary's School Board, as well the Prairie Plains Resource Institute Board of Directors.
